Sizing Explanation

To maintain the consistency of all the products, we make a standard of sizing by putting all the details into round shapes according to diameters below:

• 60mm (Word stamps only) - Some stamps have too many details so you may not see this option.
• 70mm (Mini) - Some stamps have too many details so you may not see this option.
• 80mm (Small)
• 90mm (Medium)
• 100mm (Large)
• 110mm (Jumbo) - No debosser (3d raised stamp) option available
• 130mm (5inch) - No debosser (3d raised stamp) option available
• 150mm (6inch) - No debosser (3d raised stamp) option available

We will create the cutters to fit the diameter as example below:

Explanation: Black colour: Stamp detail Red colour: Cutter (Border of the detail) Blue colour: Round diameter for sizing Green colour: Square border (1 cm bigger than the Blue Round) - it is ONLY applied for Debosser (3d Raised stamp)

For wording stamps, the cutter will be a bit bigger as the example below:

Additional information: 

For debosser, the Acrylic plate is 10 mm bigger than the Round diameter, you may be able to fit the details with other cutter shapes like Square, Rectangle, etc.
